Construction
Conductor: Stranded aluminium conductor to IEC60228 class 2
Conductor Screen: Extruded semi-conductive compound
Insulation: XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene) rated at 90°C
Insulation Screen: Extruded semi-conductive compound
Metallic Screen: copper tape or a concentric layer of copper wires
Color for core identification: Red, Yellow, Blue tape shall be applied between insulation screen and metallic screen (The above identifying can be changed as user requirement)
Assembly: Three screened cores are laid up together, if necessary filled with non-hygroscopic material compatible with insulation and covered with a layer of PVC sheath
Inner Sheath: Extruded layer of PVC (type ST2) or PE, LSZH
Outer Sheath: PVC (type ST2) to IEC 60502 or PE, LSZH

5, The bending radius of a single-core cable should not less than 20 times of the cable diameter. The bending radius of a three-core cable should not less than 15 times of the cable diameter.
Features and applications
high voltage xlpe insulated pvc sheathed power cable of 35kv or lower not only has excellent electric character, mechanical character, heat and aging-resistant character, environmental stress-resistant character and chemical corrosion- resistant character, but simple structure, light weight, no restriction by laying drop, and high temperature allowance for long-term working as well.
They are suitable for using in rated AC voltage(Uo/U) 6/6-26/35kv system transmitting and distributing lines. According to different sheath make ups, they can be used for laying in the air (cable bridges,indoor wall supponts and groove boxes) and in soil(direct burying,cable canals and pipelines)

Special Note | ,6272.,. The single-core magnetism material packs the cable is not suitable for to use for the AC power supply back track, the necessity hour eligibility uses the single-core 62 or 72 type pack the cable. Disallow the cent to cross the magnetism piping mutually when single-core cable establish, the in order to prevent results in the descent that cable transport electric current ability. |
